Biography:

Larry E. Welch Sr. is an exceptionally experienced litigator, assisting clients in all civil law maters, including personal injury, automobile negligence, vehicle accidents, products liability, legal malpractice, accountant malpractice, architects and engineers malpractice, civil rights, discrimination and other matters in both state and federal court.

A life-long resident of Omaha, he is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Law (J.D. 1961) and was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1961.  He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Welch is a former chair of the Nebraska Ethics Advisory Committee and past member of the Judicial Selection Committee for Chief Justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court, former member of the House of Delegates of the Nebraska Bar Association, a fellow in the Nebraska State Bar Foundation and a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.

He is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association (Past Member, House of Delegates), the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys.
