Biography:
Larry E. Welch, Jr. has an extensive background in business and commercial law, assisting clients in all matters related to their business, including taxation, corporate law, commercial litigation, trusts and estates and other matters.
A native of Omaha, he is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University (B.S., Accounting, 1988) and the Creighton University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1994). From 1988-1991, Larry worked for the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen. He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1994 and is a member of the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association. In April, 2004, Larry was admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. In May 2005, Larry was also admitted to practice law in the State of Iowa and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.
